The mission of FastPitchTech is to prepare each player/student to be the best they can be at the game of fastpitch softball.Emphasis is placed on the use of the lower body core in both pitching and hitting.Pitching mechanics use an open angle and lower body strength with no stress on the arm and shoulder.Hitting mechanics use the rotational concepts that all great line drive and power hitters employ.The left side game includes the sacrifice slap, power slap and the drag bunt. All taught using the same mechanics as the former olympic team greats.
